Chase Sapphire Preferred bonus might go to 40,000 miles

by on Wed March 21, 2012 • No Comment

FYI if you are considering applying for the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card credit card. Several blogs are reporting that Chase changed the introductory bonus mile offer for the card on its own website to 50,000 after required spend.

We recommend the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card credit card not just for the bonus mile offer, but because it is the most powerful credit card if earning airline miles is your goal.

As a reminder, Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card miles transfer directly 1:1 into the airline miles of United, Southwest, British Airways, and Korean Airlines. They also transfer into Hyatt, Marriott, and IHG Rewards hotel points.
