There are lots of days you can get to Hawaii for 25,000 Chase points this Spring and save $900

If you have Chase points and want to get to Hawaii from the East Coast, there’s a great opportunity to get there for just 25,000 points roundtrip this Spring.

Delta has lots of award seats available on its own flights from the East Coast to Honolulu, and you can book them with Chase partner Korean Skypass for just 25,000 points roundtrip, one of the best award values around. That’s a lot cheaper than the 45,000 miles you’d pay if you booked the flights with Delta SkyMiles.

Here’s space for 4 people on one flight in Economy Class from New York in March and April, as shown on the site, which is the easiest way to get a read on space a month at a time…

The display is a little confusing. Dates that show flights for 22,500 miles one way on the Delta site are bookable for just 25,000 miles roundtrip using Korean miles.

Once you see dates that make sense on the calendar, you can check awards directly from the Korean Airlines site before you do a transfer of your points from Chase, which is a recently added feature to the Korean Airlines site.

Here’s space in April on the Korean Airlines site with lots of Delta flights available, all pricing out at 25,000 points roundtrip.

With flights costing almost $900 in cash roundtrip, this is an outstanding value for your points, getting you over 3 cents per point in value.

If you don’t have Chase points, Air France Flying Blue, which is a transfer partner of both Citi ThankYou and Amex Membership Rewards will let you book the same flights for 30,000 points roundtrip, or 15,000 points one way. That’s also a great use of your points.

And you don’t have to travel from New York to take advantage of this. Delta flights from any mainland U.S. city to Hawaii with award space are available at these prices using Korean or Air France miles.
