First Class check-in. You can check-in at the US Airways Preferred for First Class ticket counter at the airport. This is only valid on US Airways flights, not partners like United.
Priority Boarding. You will board in Zone 2 on US Airways operated flights, as long as you enter your Dividend Miles frequent flyer number in your reservation.
Double miles on US Airways purchases. Earn 2 miles per dollar on all US Airways purchases.
Miles on all other spending. Earn 1 mile per dollar on all other purchases.
US Airways Club pass. Receive a one time visit pass, 6 to 8 weeks after your first purchase, and each year 6 to 8 weeks after you pay your annual fee.
$75 US Airways Club discount. Each year receive a certificate good for $75 off US Airways Club membership fees, 6 to 8 weeks after your first purchase the first year, and 6 to 8 weeks after you pay your annual fee in future years.
5,000 mile award discount. Book award flights on US Airways operated flights for 5,000 fewer miles than the listed award prices. For example, a roundtrip domestic ticket that shows as 25,000 miles on USAirways.com will cost you only 20,000 miles.
10,000 Preferred Miles bonus. When you spend $25,000 or more per calendar year on the card, get 10,000 miles toward Preferred status. Preferred status begins at 25,000 Preferred miles (usually earned by flying), and offers perks like baggage fee waivers and first class upgrade waitlist options.
Award Processing Fee waiver. When you spend $25,000 or more in a calendar year you will get a waiver of the US Airways Award Processing fees for one year. These fees are $25 per domestic award ticket, $35 per Mexico / Caribbean, and $50 per Hawaii / International ticket.
Companion certificate. Each year you will receive in the mail one certificate good for two $99 companion tickets each year. It is valid for roundtrip coach travel in the lower 48 United States and Canada. In order to receive the $99 companion price, you must purchase a ticket for yourself on the same flight for a minimum fare of $250. There is a 14 day advance purchase requirement and it is subject to blackout dates listed here. The certficate is sent each year about 6 to 8 weeks after your annual fee has been paid. You can’t book travel without the physical certificate in hand, as it has a code you will need. US Airways will also require you to mail the certificate in to confirm.
The card is a World MasterCard and includes the following protection benefits…
Extended Warranty. Doubles your warranty up to one additional year on warranties of three years or less when you use the card to make a purchase. Reimbursement is no more than the original purchase price, up to $10,000 and no more than $50,000 per cardholder.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver. Supplemental insurance to your existing coverage, this will cover damage to the rental vehicle in the event of collision or theft. This does not cover personal liability or damage to other property. Rentals in Israel, Jamaica, and Ireland are excluded from coverage.
Price Protection. If you buy an item with the card and see an ad for it at a lower price within 60 days of purchase you can get the difference refunded up to $250.
Travel Accident Insurance. $200,000 in coverage in the case of accidental death or loss of limb, sight, speech, or hearing while you are riding on a common carrier (airline, train, bus, etc) or in a vehicle on your way to the embarkation point of travel (i.e. cab to the airport).
Baggage Delay. $100 per day for up to 3 days in the event your baggage is delayed while traveling on a ticket you purchased with the card.
Trip Cancellation / Interruption. $1,500 in coverage if a non-refundable trip purchased with the card has to be cancelled or cut short because of detah, accidental injury, or illness of you or an immediate family member.
