70,000 Marriott points possible credit card bonus offer
Our friends at FlyerTalk have unearthed another intriguing Chase bonus mile offer: 70,000 points for the Marriott Rewards Premier credit card. This is the highest Marriott intro bonus we have seen (50,000 is the standard offer today).
You get the 70,000 points after your first use of the card (no minimum spending requirement) and a certificate for a free night at a Category 1-4 hotel upon approval. That certificate is valid for 6 months after the date it’s issued. There is no annual fee for the first year the card is valid.

You can see how far 70,000 points goes using the chart below, where the points listed are for a one night stay. When you use points for 4 nights, the 5th night is free. We think this bonus is worth about $500 — a decent return, though not as lucrative as the $1,000+ in value you can achieve if you work the Chase Sapphire Preferred’s partners properly for 50,000 points, or $833 in value of the Southwest Airlines 50,000 point offer.
