This card is geared toward very frequent Delta flyers who can make use of the airport club access the card provides. In addition, frequent flyers looking to reach the next elite status level will find the Medallion Qualification Miles bonuses useful. If you were going to buy a SkyClub membership anyway, this card could be useful for the incremental elite qualifying bonus options and higher upgrade priority. Otherwise, there are lower cost options to earn Delta miles with a credit card such as the Starwood Preferred Guest American Express.
